Face Data Collection

What Face Data We Collect:

When you upload a photo for analysis, our app processes the following data locally on your device:

• Facial landmark points (positions of eyes, nose, mouth, chin, etc.) detected on your device
• Distances and ratios between facial features for golden ratio calculations
• Facial measurements and geometric proportions
• Analysis scores and metrics derived from facial geometry
• The original photo you uploaded

IMPORTANT: All face data processing happens locally on your device. Face photos and facial landmark data are NEVER uploaded to our servers or any third-party services.

Other Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address only (if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google)
• Usage Data: Analysis history metadata (scores and dates only, no photos)
• Device Information: Basic device information for app functionality

How We Use Face Data

Face data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Detect facial landmark points on your device
• Calculate distances and ratios between facial features
• Compute golden ratio compatibility scores
• Generate visual overlays showing facial measurements

• Store analysis history locally on your device for your personal reference

Face photos and facial landmark data are processed and stored ONLY on your device. They are NEVER sent to our servers, cloud services, or third parties.

• Email address: For account creation, authentication, and customer support
• Analysis metadata: To show your analysis history and track usage
• Device information: For app functionality and performance optimization

Face Data Storage and Retention

Where Face Data is Stored:

• All face photos are stored ONLY in your device's local storage
• All facial landmark data is stored ONLY in your device's local storage
• Face data is NEVER uploaded to our servers or any cloud service
• Face data is NEVER shared with any third parties

How Long Face Data is Retained:

• Face photos and analysis data are retained locally on your device until YOU delete them
• You have full control over face data retention
• You can delete individual analyses or clear all data at any time via Settings > Data Management > Clear Analysis History
• When you delete your account, all locally stored face data remains on your device until you manually delete it

Security:

• Face data is stored in your device's secure, app-private storage
• Only this app can access the face data stored on your device
• Face data benefits from your device's built-in encryption

Account Data Storage

• Email address: Encrypted and stored with a GDPR-compliant cloud provider
• Analysis metadata (scores, dates): Stored with the same provider (no photos, no facial landmarks)
• All server data is encrypted in transit and at rest

Third-Party Services and Face Data Sharing

Face Data Sharing: NONE

• Face photos are NEVER shared with any third party
• Facial landmark data is NEVER shared with any third party
• All face analysis happens locally on your device — no face data is sent to any server

Third-Party Services We Use (for non-face data only):

• A cloud authentication and account-management provider (email address only)
• The App Store's in-app purchase system (gem packs) and payment processing
• Third-party sign-in providers for secure authentication (email only, no face data)

These services have their own privacy policies. We only share email addresses with our authentication provider. Face data is NEVER shared with any third party.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and data
• Opt out of data collection
• Export your data

Account deletion is available directly in the app for both signed-in and guest accounts:

• Signed-in users: Settings > Account Management > Delete Account
• Guest users: Settings > Guest Account > Delete Guest Account

Deleting an account permanently removes all data associated with it, including analyses, saved people, subscription records, and any remaining gem balance. This action cannot be undone.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
